We hereby hold Vaquero Crane Services LLC and VEMAC harmless for any incident arising out of the use of:

For any and all claims, penalties, or actions at law for damages or injuries to any persons or property of whatever kind resulting from the use of the equipment, further, should any damages occur to the equipment of any kind, we would be responsible for those repairs.

Vaquero Crane Services LLC and VEMAC must be named as additional insured for liability and loss payee for physical damage. We also agree to cover any equipment as applicable with the necessary insurance to provide full coverage for any damage, theft, fire, and acts of God. A certificate of insurance will be provided.
